The company works on a minimum number basis; unless otherwise agreed with the Company in writing, the Client shall not be entitled to any reduction in the Contractual Event Price if the number of Guests who attend the Event is less than the minimum number as stated in the Event Contract. Depending on timelines (as stated on your contract) we can reallocated the food & beverage cost.
