What do we need to do for external suppliers?

If the Client wishes to use any external contractors or suppliers, including but not limited to audio visual companies,theming and entertainment companies, photographers, toast masters, bands, musicians or other person in connection withany Event the Client shall:

i) seek the prior written approval of the Company to use such contractors;

ii) provide to the Company contact details and names of any such external contractors or suppliers;

iii) ensure that such contractors submit any site specific risk assessments, work associated procedures, health & safetydocumentation, the layout, plans and construction of any displays, staging or set applicable to the Event; and

iv) ensure and evidence that each external contractor or supplier has suitable insurances to operate, they will not becovered by the Company’s insurance cover
